Korea Trip 2016 – Day 19: Seoul forest

Hello everyone ~

Today’s post is about our visit to the Seoul forest ^^ We thought it would be nice to just spend a quiet day at the park; to recharge our batteries from the vigorous sightseeing from the previous days.  You can get to this forest, by taking the subway line 2, exit at the Ttukseom Station. Once you exit the station, proceed straight until you see a large street and turn left (the forest is a block down, across the street).

Turns out that the Seoul forest was bigger than we expected, as it consists of five parks in total. Here you will find a large playground, sculpture areas, floor fountains, skating parks, a butterfly house, an insect house and a deer park.

We spent a few hours in one of the parks, where we bought some food and drinks at the convenience store close by, and had a small picnic.
