Korea Trip 2016 – Day 3: Lazy day, Gong cha

On our third day here in Seoul we could seriously feel the jetlag hit us real bad! So we decided to just have a kind of  “lazy” day and just explore the area close to our apartment. We decided to go to Gong cha to grab something to drink. Cuz it’s been a while since we have been there, and it was pretty close to our apartment. And I were also kind a craving bubble tea at the moment. ( ̄▽ ̄*)ゞ

And after grabbing a drink and walking around our local area for a while, we decided to find a place to eat. And we ended up at a local shabu shabu place. 🍲

Yum! 🍴

The meal was pretty good and filling. The shabu shabu here in Korea are actually pretty similar to the one in Japan. But the prices for meals in Korea are a bit cheaper than in Japan.

We were pretty full after the meal and decided to walk around and maybe do some shopping at Seoul station, or more specific the Lotte outlets. But we got tired pretty fast and decided to go to Lotte mart to grab some food for later. And we also took a quick visit to the local Dukin Donuts.

🍕Probably the biggest pizza we have had ever.  It was like bigger than my upper body. 🍕

We bought a really big pizza from one of the shops in Lotte mart and a couple of donuts from Dunkin donuts. Cuz what is a lazy day without pizza. And that wraps up our third day here in Korea, Seoul.

Do any of you have any tips that will help against jetlag?”

Stay tuned for our next Korea Trip post!
