Korea Trip 2016 – Day 15: Busan pt.1

Annyeong~

We are heading to Busan today  (*´▽`*). And we are getting there by taking the KTX bullet train. Which takes around two hours to get to our destination. Which is actually pretty fast.

Busan is the second most populated city in SouthKorea. And it’s known for its beaches and seafood. And we are planning to visit the famous Haeundae Beach and one of their fish markets.

Busan

I don’t know why but the train ride here was really tiring! But we were really lucky with the weather! And the climate here is more humid than in Seoul. Which is really nice (≧◡≦).

Forgot to take some pictures from the fish market except for this random one of octopuses (////).

Lotte Department Store

This was a really huge department store with a lot of buildings. It was kind of like a maze. And we somehow ended up on the roof which had this cute little mini zoo. Which is called the sky garden.

Food

We had some seafood earlier at the  fish marked, but we became hungry pretty fast. So we decided to find a place to grab some dinner. And we couldn’t decide on what to get but somehow ended up at a Italian resturant.

Busan

Stone oven baked pizza, yum!♡

Busan

Seafood pasta.

There were some trouble paying with cards here, so I would recommend you to have some cash on  just in case.

We also wanted to get some desert, or more specifically ice cream cuz it was pretty hot. And we went to an ice cream store/ chain called milk cow cuz it was just outside of the building that the Italian resturant was in. And we also wanted to compare it to Soft tree, and see which one is better.

Cookies and cream ice cream.

I have to say that I really prefer Soft tree over Milk cow. Soft tree’s ice cream is a lot more creamy and smooth and kind of has a taste of condensed milk which I love. And this wraps up part one of our little trip to Busan.

“Have you been to Busan or other cities in South Korea before?”

Stay tuned for our next Korea Trip Post!
