Easy and Quick Taco Quesadilla/ Hot pocket Recipe

Hello everybody~

Long time no write. How have you guys been? (´• ω •`) Today I decided to post about an easy and quick way to make a taco quesadilla/ hot pocket. This is not exactly a recipe it is more like a way to assemble stuff you maybe already have at home. And also a nice way to use up some leftover mince from yesterdays dinner. So lets get to the recipe. (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ

Another thing that is nice about this recipe is that you can use what every ingredient that you like. So you can just use whatever you have on hand. But the only things that you will need is:

♡ A ovenproff dish (and of course an oven). (o^ ^o)

♡ Leftover mince with taco seasoning.

And some tortillas.

As mentioned this is an easy and quick recipe. But if you are feel fancy or up to it you can easily make the “dough” part yourself by making a simple pizza dough or following this recipe.

What I used in my hot pocket was some Cottage cheese, some normal cheese, salsa and mince. And that was basically it.

Start of by preheating your oven to 175C or 347F.

And to assemble it you basically just have to put the ingredients on the middle of the tortilla. But be careful to not over stuff it or else you won’t be able to fold it together.

And to fold it together I just tucked in the four sides of the tortilla and laid the folded side down.

And then you just need to make some more until you have used up all of your ingredients.

Then you can top it all with some more cheese or whatever you like.

Bake it for 10 – 15 min depending on your oven. (or until the cheese have melted)

Then ENJOY! ( ´ ∀ `)ノ

“What do you usually do with your dinner leftovers?”
