Easy Double Chocolate Brownie Bites / Cake Pops Recipe

Hello everybody~

Since I had some leftover chocolate muffins I decided to make a recipe for some chocolate brownie bites/ Cake pops. But you can use any type of leftover cake for this recipe. It doesn’t even have to be chocolate cake. (b ᵔ▽ᵔ)b

✿ Double Chocolate Brownie bites recipe ✿:

For this recipe you will need:

Chocolate pudding (Homemade/ box)

Leftover cake / muffin

Chocolate or sprinkles or whatever you want to use to decorate the cake pops.

I found a pack of chocolate pudding in the shelf that I haven’t used. So I decided to use that to make the cake pops / Brownie Bites. But you can easily make some pudding yourself by following this recipe or any other recipes that you wish to use or you can find some on the internet. ( ˙꒳˙ )

  1. The box pudding that I used required 1,5 dl milk which is 150 ml. I made the pudding according to the recipe on the box and put it in the fridge while I were doing the other steps.

2. Then I unwrapped the muffins and put them in a foodprosessor and blitzes it until it all turned to crumbs.

Like so ( ´ ▽ ` ) .

3. And then I mixed the pudding, and the crumbs together until the mixture had the same consistency as wet sand.

Something like this (o^ ^o) .

4. And then you can shape the bites / cake pops into whatever shape you like. And decorate it however you want or just eat it as it is. But I do recommend that you let it chill in the fridge for a little while before you eat it to get a better more brownie-like consistency. (⇀ 3 ↼)

The consistency is exactly like a normal brownie! \(≧▽≦)/
