Korea Trip 2016 – Day 21: Aiins World

Annyeong~

Our main plan for today was to visit Aiins World!

Aiins World is a theme park of miniature recreations of world-renowned buildings and landmarks. This theme park is situated in Bucheon city, which is quite far from Seoul. I think it took us around an hour to get here, from Seoul. We took the subway to the Songnae Station, and then walked to the theme park from there.

At first glance, we were quite impressed by the details on some of the miniatures monuments. Although some of the displays needed repairing. There are plenty of oppurtinities to take fun shots. As they provide sets of foot print for many of the places, one is for you to stand and pose, the other is for you to stand to take the picture. So me and Jouls took quite a number of photos today. It was nice to get a small glimpse of the architectures from ancient time to modern day.

” Which of the miniature places are your favourite? And what’s the number one spot on your bucket list?”

Stay tuned for our next Korea Trip Post!

  1. My favorite has to be the St. Basil’s cathedral. Which is also on my bucket list 😁

    1. Yeah it was quite fun at the themepark. We practically had it to ourselves, as there no other tourists there ^^.

  2. This is so precious!
So awesome that King Kong is hanging off the Empire State Building. Kind of sad that the Twin towers are still standing in the miniature models.
From these miniatures, I’d like to visit the Stonehenge!

    1. Yeah that King Kong was a cool addition to the Empire State Building, we were also a little suprised that the TT was still among the miniatures 🙁

Stonehenge is also on our bucket list ^^
